Universal Liquors is a family-owned liquor store proudly serving Dover for over 15 years. We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused individuals to join our team.

Current opportunities may include Retail Cashier / Store Associate positions.

Pay: $16.50–$18.50 per hour based on experience, reliability, and availability.

Schedule:
• Most shifts are evening shifts
• Typical shifts range from 4–8 hours
• Weekend availability is required
• Holiday availability may be required

Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service
• Operate cash register and POS system
• Verify customer identification for alcohol and tobacco sales
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays
• Receive and organize deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized store
• Assist customers with carry-outs when needed

Requirements:
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Weekend availability required
• Evening availability preferred
• Ability to regularly lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation required
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Strong customer service skills

Workplace Expectations:
• Personal cell phone use is not permitted while working except for emergencies or management-approved situations
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
• This is not a sit-down cashier position
